St. Luke Charity Clinic operates under the guidance of the Coptic Orthodox Church. Established in 2025 by the Coptic Orthodox community in Dallas, TX, it aims to serve the community, regardless of race, ethnicity, or background, by providing essential medical care to low-income and underserved individuals. The clinic was made possible through the efforts of volunteer physicians, licensed and volunteer assistants, and the support of Pope Kyrillos the Sixth Coptic Orthodox Church, which helped secure a permanent location. This vision has since grown, resulting in the establishment of St. Luke Charity Clinic.
His Holiness Pope Tawadros II is the 118th Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of the See of St. Mark, leading the Coptic Orthodox Church since his enthronement on November 18, 2012. Consecrated as a bishop in 1997, he was chosen as pope through a traditional divine selection process.
